As you know each week I feature another blogger and one of their simple ideas for your home.
This week I am featuring another blogging friend Maria from Simple Natural Decor.
We are coastal kindred spirits, she is in coastal South Carolina and I am in coastal North Carolina and I am hoping that we can meet in person someday soon.
Maria loves decorating with nature like myself and so today I am featuring one of her amazing natural decor ideas.

You know I love simple things for the home and that is why I started Simple Saturdays to share easy ideas for home and life.
Keeping things simple help to keep my life uncluttered physically and mentally.
The beginning of a new year is a great time to assess your home and the contents to see what is working for you and what is not.
Last week I shared a post about setting goals for your home and I hope that you have been working on that.
Along with the new year comes lots of purging and decluttering in hopes of giving your home a new feel.
If you are looking to get rid of things there are a few places that I love selling some items when I purge.
Two of my favorite places to sell items is facebook marketplace and poshmark.
When donating items try to find places that are not for profit but help with those in your community.
I always donate to my favorite thrift store where the proceeds go to the battered women’s shelter in our county.
If you are looking for quality furniture and accessories, January is the perfect month to find those items at your local thrift stores, Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity and facebook marketplace.
Just be sure when you start looking to remember the goals you set for your home and stick to them.
