Ingredients
- 8 Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 celery stalks thinly chopped
- half of a large Vidalia onion thinly chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 oz. yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 2-3 boiled eggs
Instructions
- Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut into small chunks
- Boil with salt until a fork can be inserted easily into the potatoes
- Let cool slightly
- Mash the potatoes with a potato masher leaving small chunks
- Add garlic salt
- Mix in the wet ingredients; mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream and sweet pickle relish
- Add in the celery and onions mixing well
- Boil the eggs, cool and slice to add to the top right before serving
Notes
Do not over mash your potatoes with your manual potato masher. Be sure to leave a few chunks.
