It is hard to believe that I am posting my first Christmas gift guide for the season, but as of today it is only 63 days until the big day.
This year I think it will be even more important to place online orders early to meet the demand.
My college daughter and her roommates helped me put this gift guide together since they are the experts on this.
They put a lot of thought and effort into creating the list and I am excited to share it with you.
I love that they thought of practical gifts as well as things that most girls can use.
Number One – cozy slippers
This year the girls felt it was important to ask for items they could really use and nothing to frivalous.
Regardless wether your daughter lives at home, in a college dorm or in an apartment, slippers are always good in the winter, these two are super cute and cozy.
Number two – warm blanket
Not only are slippers the perfect gift, how about a cozy blanket for those cold fall and winter nights.
These are the gifts that will give your college girls the comfort of home while being away at school.
Some other great ideas they came up with are beauty related items.
Number three – nail polish
Typically a few of the girls like to get manicures and pedicures but due to the current situation they prefer to have the supplies to do it themselves.
There are so many brands out there but they prefer Essie nail polish.

When I asked the girls what they would like to receive this year for Christmas they gave me a couple of gifts that anyone could use.

The next gift idea I came up with after talking with them about their difficulty focusing with all the online classes and school work.
I found some great hourglass timers in various time allotment, depending on what your particular student needs.
Actually this one is a great idea for all students doing any type of online learning.
There are several different styles to choose from but I felt the this one was stylist enough for the college girls.
Setting the timer on their phones is a distraction that often takes them away from their work, making it difficult to get back to it.
An hour glass timer is the perfect solution.
Timing them for 60 minutes of work time.
When time is up they can get up to take a break, walk around and stretch before returning to their desk.
