I have an immersion blender and love using it for drink recipes and making homemade salad dressings.

It offers a variety of recipes from basic to very detailed for the beginner to the advanced cook.

There are some tools that every cook needs regardless of skill level.
One thing is a food processor.
I have a mini one that does the trick and I absolutely love it.
While cooking it is always fun to wear an apron to protect your clothing especially if your a messy cook like me.
