The perfect make ahead breakfast casserole

Ingredients
6
eggs
1 1/2
cups
milk
1
tsp
salt
1
tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2
cup
grated cheese
1
tbsp
minced onions
1
lb
bulk sausage
I used Neese's Country sausage with extra sage
6
slices
bread crust
Instructions
Grease a 9"x13" baking dish
Beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together
Stir in cheese and onions
Add in sausage and bread pieces
Mix well
Mix in additional ingredients if you choose to
Pour into baking dish and cover
Refrigerate overnight
Preheat oven to 350
Bake 30-40 minutes or until the casserole is set
Notes
If you choose to add additional ingredients, you will have to gage the amount as I just add in what I feel is a good amount.
